We are pleased to officially publish the 2025 Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Nassau County Community Needs Assessment (CNA) in collaboration with Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare (SPBH) in May 2025.
In order to meet the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic requirements from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), SPBH partnered with us to conduct their latest CNA. The purpose of this CNA is to utilize primary and secondary data collection to determine priorities, evaluate inventory resources, and strategize actions to improve the mental health and resiliency of the Nassau County community.
We appreciate our community partners and Nassau County residents who participated in this assessment and helped share the survey with their neighbors!
