Public Records and Privacy Notice

As a private nonprofit agency serving Northeast Florida (FS 408.033), HPCNEF is subject to the “Public Records Law” (FS 119.01). Under Florida law (FS 668.6076), email addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to HPCNEF. Instead, contact the office by phone or in writing via the United States Postal Service.
