Free Assistance from Federally Certified Marketplace Navigators

Local, unbiased, free help to find options for health insurance coverage

The Health Planning Council’s Navigator Program provides free and confidential assistance to consumers who need help with ACA Marketplace Health Insurance. Floridians can enroll in comprehensive, affordable health insurance with the assistance of a federally certified Navigator.

Appointments are available weekdays, weekends, and evenings over the phone or in-person in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, St. Johns, and Volusia counties.

Navigators provide free, local, unbiased assistance to consumers with:

  • Viewing available options for access to health insurance
  • Health insurance enrollments
  • Post-enrollment assistance
  • Special enrollment assistance
  • Education to consumers about coverage to care
  • Public education to raise awareness about the Health Insurance Marketplace®
