The Health Planning Council has been equipping decision-makers and the public with the data and evidence they need to make informed decisions for more than three decades. Having access to quality and current healthcare and health-related quality of life data is critical in making sound strategic decisions regarding your business, your community, program interventions, and policy evaluation. Health-related quality of life (HRQoL) is a multi-dimensional concept health that includes physical, mental, emotional, and social components, and focuses on the impact a person or population’s health has on quality of life. We have 20 years of healthcare utilization data for our seven county area of Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, St. Johns, and Volusia. In addition to healthcare utilization data, we can also assist you with data in the following areas:
- Health outcomes and health behaviors
- Population demographics and socioeconomic characteristics
- Environmental health
- Disease and death rates
- Maternal and child health
- Social and mental health
- Injury, violence, and crime
- Health resources availability
