Annual Public Health Services Review 2026

We at the Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida will be showing you all the things we do. HPCNEF is one of 11 Local Health Councils in the State of Florida created in F.S. 408.033 in 1982 to serve the needs of our communities and vulnerable populations.

We are holding a one-hour Zoom meeting on May 29 at 12 PM. During this brief session, we will highlight the services provided across our seven-county region, with a focus on improving population health and supporting underserved communities.
